Your Adventure Ahead

  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key merchant partners as their primary point of contact. Understand their business objectives and leverage data insights to develop targeted initiatives, cross-sell platform products, and drive revenue growth.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to proactively identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Drive new business opportunities, monitor account performance against set targets, and ensure consistent progress towards objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams—including Marketing, Business Development, and Operations—to align on merchant goals, deliver exceptional service, and optimize overall performance.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews with merchants to ensure high campaign participation and optimization of commercial outcome

Essentials to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, ideally in tech or e-commerce. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at senior levels
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying new opportunities and solving challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and focus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Driven to make an impact in one of Singapore's most rapidly expanding startups.
