How you will contribute
You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

What you need to know about this position
Job specific requirements:
• Minimum 12 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing SAP project types like template design, deployments, enhancement, Upgrade and support work.
• Excellent technical thought leadership, hands on experience and management skills on SAP for delivery of custom developments using ABAP and S/4HANA programming
• Hands on programming experience to include: ABAP dictionary, Reports, SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms, Dialog programming, Interface programming, ALE/IDOC's, Enhancements, Object Oriented ABAP, Module Pool Programming, creating AMDP views, CDS views, Table functions, ODATA and CDS exposure, Code Remediation and Standard SAP Remediation tools, Web Dynpro (FPM/UIBB ), BOPF, POWL, BRF+, ODATA, FIORI, CSS, Hands on Experience on S/4 HANA Implementations or Migrations, HANA Architecture and Modelling,
• Experience on integration middleware like PI/PO, IBM sterling, Infomatica IPaaS, MuleSoft etc. while integrating it with SAP core applications.
• Techno Functional Exposure to work with SAP ECC, EWM, APO, BW, TMS, MDG, S4T, PLM
• Good understanding of functional processes in STP, OTC (e.g. DSD process in FMCG), MTI, Finance, Material Ledger, COPA etc.
• Exposure to ABAP unit test, DevOps practices and tools like Git, TDD, BDD would be advantage
• Experience of waterfall, Agile and DevSecOps methodologies and ITIL practices
• Experience in complex SAP landscape with SAP bolt-on and integrations with several SaaS applications
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude. Can communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach
• Proven team player and team builder used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Risk Management Skills with strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team/project/client goals
• Experience of managing external vendors as key stakeholders in overall project delivery
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities on multiple projects and initiatives
• Passionate about areas of expertise, managing your own development by learning continuously from experience and seeking out development opportunities
