OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Content Writer that will make industrial concepts accessible and unfamiliar tasks possible for our customers. You will research industrial topics and create approachable, helpful explanations so customers can easily make sense of the messy world of industrial supplies.

- Craft copy that is accessible to novices and reassuring to experts.
- Conduct research using primary sources to understand customer needs.
- Work collaboratively to create engaging explanations designed for our customers.

- You have strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly and plainly.
- 3-6 years writing experience.
- Strong research, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment, including giving and receiving critical feedback.
- You are comfortable collaborating with others outside your area of expertise.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Humanities, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience with professional research and writing such as technical writer, content strategy, marking, journalism.
BE REWARDED
Total cash compensation generally ranges from $144,000 - $166,500, which includes profit sharing based on company profitability. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for company-funded retirement contributions.
