What You’ll Do:
As a content review, you will join the Japan local team and hands-on enforce Teads content policy on advertisement Teads serves in their network and maintain communication with local and global business teams to address their needs.
What can you expect in this role:
- Ensure timely and high-quality content moderation while adhering to Teads' service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop a deep understanding of Teads’ policies and guidelines to become an expert in content compliance.
- Review customer-submitted content to verify alignment with Teads' content standards, making informed decisions to approve, reject, or collaborate with customers on necessary adjustments.
- Provide constructive feedback, recommendations, and solutions to internal teams and clients to improve submitted content.
- Identify and escalate recurring content trends or patterns that may pose potential risks or issues in the future.
- Engage in continuous improvement of process to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency of operational accounting functions
- Support ad-hoc tasks as per business needs
About You:
- Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for content and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Team player with a proactive, self-starter attitude and the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
- Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Proven experience in client services, customer support, or translation (required).
- Previous experience in the digital space is a plus.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, along with business-level English, is essential.
