We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Content Management Associate to join our Product and Engineering team. As a Content Management Associate, you’ll support Canvs’ TV content management efforts, helping curate and organize thousands of records related to television programs. You’ll support quality assurance for our Canvs TV product, one that has been trusted for over a decade by major networks and streaming platforms in the US.
What you’ll do:
- Manage content intake of 2500+ television and streaming programs
- Maintain and review lists of upcoming releases and premieres to be tracked in Canvs TV
- Manage and write boolean search queries that collect data relevant to TV programs
- Facilitate recordkeeping and implementation of TV programs to be tracked in Canvs TV
- Support highly visible projects like special TV events and tentpole events (i.e. Super Bowl, Academy Awards, etc)
- Work fast, deal with uncertainty and change
Who you are:
- Organized, good with deadlines, good communication skills
- Highly autonomous with impeccable attention to detail
- Curious about AI and implementing AI and automation into daily tasks
- Familiar with G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, etc) and Excel
- Familiar with boolean search queries is a plus
- Pop culture lover with a passion for all things TV, streaming, and entertainment
- Ability to perform all the above according to applicable security and privacy best practices while staying up to date with ever-evolving standards in the industry
