Content Integration Assistant
Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Position Summary
Thales is looking for a Content Integration Assistant to assist Content Integrators with tasks such as validation of content on test labs and quality control of files, as their experience allows. Tasks include the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of files by inspection using software tools for objective analysis, quality assessment by visual and audio evaluation of files for subjective analysis. The Content Integration Assistant may receive assignments from the Content Integration Assignment Coordinator and/or the Content Operations Production Manager.
In this position, you are also responsible for communicating necessary account information via QC and Validation reports to necessary stakeholders determined by the Assignment Coordinator.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Performs inspections of both video and audio files in order to assure adherence to company specifications, reporting of any anomalies so that the files can be classified for re-do and rejection.
- Performs any quality issues of the video and audio files that are not matching to specifications.
- Adhere to the processes and standards by filling out the proper QA/QC checklist/router as per airline specifications, as maybe needed for the completion of tasks or reporting/audit purpose.
- Performs rack validation as needed, by following the Grid specifications for what should be displayed on the Passenger Graphical User Interface (PAX GUI) and verifies anomalies to determine fixes.
- Report any issues with Media Lab Equipment that is found not to be in good working condition.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possesses proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders.
- Able to build and establish foundation in any account assigned for employee commitment to change.
- Comfortable working with digital files and related software systems.
- Possesses attention to details and adaptable to changes.

Special Position Requirements
- Schedule: To be determined with the individual on times between 6am – 8pm, Monday through Friday. May be required to work outside normally schedule hours to meet business needs.

What We Offer
The anticipated TTC range for this role is $55,090.00 - $99,830.00 USD Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
