Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and detail-driven Executive to shape the content and operations of our Spoken English Segment.
This is a one-year contractual position, ideal for someone who’s passionate about education, interested in education content development & creation, and excited to work in a collaborative, dynamic learning environment.

Experience Preferred: Minimum 1 year in content development or Teaching English
Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka
Work Hours: 40 hours/ week (5 Days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, update, and localize Spoken English content for online and offline use
- Ensure content is engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with learning outcomes
- Continuously revise content based on student performance and feedback
- Coordinate class schedules and implementation in collaboration with the operations team
- Support instructors and facilitators with lesson delivery resources and materials
- Track class recordings, participation, and feedback for content improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns, promos, and learner outreach
- Moderate forums, respond to student queries, and maintain high learner motivation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, ELT, or related fields
- Strong understanding of curriculum design for primary or middle school students
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Prior experience in ELT for kids, teens, or adult learners in Bangladesh
- Ability to collaborate in teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
