Job Description

Are you passionate about English language education? Do you love working on creative content, managing communities, and making a real impact on learners' journeys? If yes, we want YOU on our team!

We’re looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and detail-driven Executive to shape the content and operations of our English Course Segment, including but not limited to courses related to IELTS Preparation, English Foundation & Grammar.

This is a one-year contractual position, ideal for someone who’s passionate about education, interested in education content development & creation, and excited to work in a collaborative, dynamic learning environment.

Experience Preferred: Minimum 1 year in content development and English Teaching Segment
Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka
Work Hours: 40 hours/ week (5 Days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Management & Development 

• Design, update, and maintain course content for online and offline formats.
• Develop lesson plans, lecture slides, worksheets, mock test materials, strategy sheets and other materials needed.
• Collaborate with different teams to align content with course objectives and learner needs periodically.
• Monitor feedback and revise materials accordingly for continuous improvement.

2. Course Operations (Online & Offline)

• Support and coordinate class schedules with the operation team and ensure smooth execution of both online and offline batches.
• Coordinate, support and monitor Live Class schedules and technical readiness
• Ensure accurate documentation and regular reporting of work progress, students & class related updates
• Manage online student communities to drive engagement and learning
• Work with branch staff to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting when needed.
• Coordinate the class planning and Monitor class recordings, student participation, and feedback collection.

3. Promotional & Community Engagement

• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to create course promos and visual content when needed
• Participate in campaigns to promote course launches or updates.
• Manage and grow student communities on social platforms or LMS forums.
• Respond to student queries, moderate discussions, and maintain engagement and motivation.

Qualifications

• No age or specific educational background required — skill, passion & mindset matter most
• Experience at an English Language Institute/Coaching Center? Big plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn fast, adapt quickly, and think creatively
• IELTS score of 7+? That’s a great bonus!
• Tech-comfortable: Google Drive, Generative AI, LMS platforms, content tools, etc.
