RVO Health is seeking a content designer with a passion for writing marketing, UX copy , and creating content strategy as we scale our fast-moving Medicare businesses. Our Medicare portfolio includes two unique businesses with massive growth potential. Our Hello Medicare business operates as an E-broker, using our state of the art AI and data tools to connect users aging into Medicare Advantage eligibility with the best plans possible. 

We are looking for a leading contributor within highly collaborative product teams consisting of product managers, product designers, user researchers, and front-end engineers. The ideal candidate brings expertise in marketing copywriting, UX copywriting, managing copy-decks and compliance best practices.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
  • Interpret business goals to inform research and content testing strategies
  • Partner with user researchers to surface user needs and ensure your work always speaks in the user’s voice and conforms to their mental models
  • Present learnings and design recommendations from best practices, industry standards and testing data  in a digestible manner to internal teams
  • Write engaging UX copy across a number of channels—including on-site experiences, landing pages, emails, and video
  • Manage compliance copy deck submission to partners year round

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in UX copywriting, marketing or digital strategy.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience in social media, email marketing, and brand advertising.
  • A strong grip on UX and digital content principles.
  • Experience using digital design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and virtual collaboration such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro,etc.
  • A coachable, approachable and highly motivated personality.
  • The ability to confidently present work to internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to self-edit work, balance an extensive workload, and manage priorities.
  • Experience using data to iterate on existing digital experiences.
  • A sense of humor and eagerness to participate in a fun, collaborative culture.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $61,875.00  - $85,000.00 
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
