Join us for an exciting opportunity to elevate customer experiences through innovative content design.
As a Content Design Senior Associate within the CoBrand Card team, you will shape customer experiences through content and build confidence across our products and services. You will plan, create, and structure product content within a user experience design framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, aligning with user experience principles and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content for a diverse audience.
- Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Adopt brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively.
- Analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
- Collaborate with experience designers & researchers to explore and prototype design solutions.
- Protect the Firm by following content governance rules and securing necessary approvals from Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent expertise in editing and writing, focusing on digital products and platforms.
- Experience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writing.
- Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.
- Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experience.
- Adaptive learner in new financial services products and offerings.
- Organized self-starter who can context switch efficiently, operates with integrity, and demonstrates respect for diverse opinions and styles.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Advocate for Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices.
- Outstanding partnering & collaboration capabilities, contributing to strategic and tactical workstreams.
- Understands how to navigate large organizations and previous experience or interest in brand strategy.
- Previous work or interest in design/experience design for retail, travel, dining, or entertainment.
