We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand presence and drives engagement across platforms. This role will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content, while ensuring our online reputation is maintained by promptly responding to customer inquiries. Additionally, the position will require monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to continually improve engagement and reach.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
- Create, curate, and manage social media content
- Manage online reputation and respond to customer inquiries
- Coordinate social media campaigns and events
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and reach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media platforms
- Collaborate with the company’s internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in organizing and executing online campaigns
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Skillful with filmmaking and storytelling (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal creative communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Adobe Creative Cloud skills are a plus).
- Knowledge about Content Marketing is a plus.
