The PITCH

We are Creators, creative-industry rogues, Instagram-story lovers, community managers, and #FYP regulars. We are not just on the Internet; we are creating the stuff the Internet wants to see. Whether that’s a viral TikTok video or the latest Twitter meme, we’re passionate storytellers for our brands and the people we do it with. We move so fast and make so much good content. So, we need more folks just like us, who can come up with compelling content ideas and create them! We’re looking for the unconventional, less obvious, unseasoned (or over-seasoned) creative pros, but above all - passionate makers and culture shakers. 

Want in? We love dedicated video and design creators, subversive artists and illustrators, obsessive meme makers, and we don’t care if you’re fresh to the workforce or working on your third act. What’s your hustle? Documentarian? DJ? Sports junkie? Fashionista? Blogger? Vlogger? Redditor? Are you an Insta-fiend? An unabashed TikToker? Or both? We’re here for all of it... Just as long as everyday you love coming up with insightful and relevant content ideas and have the skills to make them.

Here’s where you come in.

  • You need to be a TikTok beast.
    You know the platform inside out. You live and breathe Tiktok’s culture, people, and algorithm. Which means:
    • You are a creative maker. You have a knack for creating interesting content that stands out in the crowded TikTok feed. You can grab people’s attention quickly through different TikTok formats and techniques. And definitely not camera shy.
    • You are a trend spotter. Always on top of the latest trends on TikTok, with the intent to increase visibility of content.
    • You are an algorithm whisperer. You have a good grasp of TikTok's ever-evolving algorithm and know how to optimise to get your work seen. This includes understanding factors like video length, posting times, hashtags, and duets.
    • You are an engagement guru. You understand the importance of engaging with your audience through comments, likes, shares, and collaborations. 
  • You also…
    • Have at least 2 years of creator experience
    • Can work on Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop (or any other software you’re comfortable to push out the best TikToks out there)
    • Bonus if you know 3D
    • Can speak and write well in Japanese, bonus points for English proficiency
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Here’s the gig. The work involves:

  • Creating impactful content to drive business results for one of VaynerX’s brands.
  • Honing your skills on video editing, design, and copywriting, using standard industry software and native social media features.
  • Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams. Wrangling and rolling with your teammates to service fast turnaround times, capture trending moments, and deliver and receive feedback, all while keeping an enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards content creation.
