Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Content Creation Coordinator to join our Social and Community team. This role will report into our Head of Social and Community and will be responsible for crafting and executing short-form content that will elevate Trinny London and Trinny Woodall's online presence across Tiktok and Meta. You'll create snappy and engaging content that resonates with our audience, while also staying ahead of the curve by monitoring trends, leveraging social listening, and optimising SEO.

The Role 

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Working closely with the Social and Community team to conceptualise and create engaging and original stills and short-form content that aligns with the brand's voice, values and objectives
  • Coordinate, shoot and edit low-fi video to be utilised on multiple platforms, experimenting with different video styles, techniques, and formats to keep content fresh and appealing
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors, working with our wider social team to adjust strategies and to implement relevant and timely content to capitalise on viral opportunities
  • Own the publishing of Tiktok content across Trinny London and Trinny Woodall, adapting to the different brands and their content styles
  • Suggest optimisations and ways to enhance Trinny London and Trinny Woodall’s discoverability and attract a broader audience across social platforms, e.g. improving search visibility by using relevant keywords, hashtags, and trends/trending sounds
  • Supporting our Senior Brand Manager to ideate, coordinate and plan content
  • Engage with followers across Tiktok and Meta, monitoring comments and working with the Social and Community team to foster a sense of community, brand loyalty and customer retention
  • Identify emerging conversations and sentiments within our target audience, spotting opportunities to engage in real-time and adjust content accordingly
  • Conduct A/B testing and sharing weekly insights, utilising your knowledge of social platforms and the market to suggest how to improve and optimise our short-form, social-first content strategy
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Proven and working knowledge of social platforms, ideating and creating content
  • Knowledge of video compression and optimisation
  • Demonstrable experience editing content using Reels and TikTok within beauty and/or fashion brands. 
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with a flexible and creative attitude
  • Good understanding of audio capture and sound quality control
  • Professional knowledge and experience shooting for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Live
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and adapt to an ever-evolving environment
  • This role may require some weekend work to shoot content
