ROLE SUMMARY
This exciting role is responsible managing and evolving our digital platforms across the Central America and the Caribbean markets whilst also growing our understanding and capabilities for how best to use these digital platforms to engage with our customers.

The Webmaster is responsible for leading the management of our digital communication channels and developing and implementing strategies and tactics to grow our HCP's digital engagement, optimize digital campaigns and digital channels. They should have command of best practices and trends in digital marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the management and optimization of Digital communication channels to Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
  • Lead the coordination of digital materials and assets with marketing team and agencies, according with REG.08, and GCMA approval process.
  • Responsible for testing and ensuring content usability across all digital platforms.
  • Lead the monitoring and analyzes of the performance of all of the regions digital platforms.
  • Lead the collection of key data on digital interactions and engagement across all digital platforms and turn those into strategic insights to drive improvement programs and provide a better user experience.
  • Drive the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, present monthly KPIs, and share recommendations and insights to CBLs, (traffic, conversions, tracking rules, manage dashboard).
  • Lead Control and execute email marketing campaigns across all business units.
  • Work together with Digital department and Bio Ops to create new digital platforms and grow functionality.
  • Manage digital accounts and responsible for tracking tools and reports required for record management.
  • Manage ad campaigns budget, coordinates execution and optimization through authorized Pfizer platforms.
  • Support Pfizer's drive to become a more agile organization by demonstrating and showcasing agile values and principles.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, web design, graphic design or related field required.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of relevant experience managing multiple digital platforms.
  • Proven experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives.
  • Capable of utilizing web content management systems, E.g., Drupal, WordPress.
  • Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience managing Adobe Analytics and Marketo: preferred.
  • Understands web advertisement, Google Display Ads and programmatic work.
  • Attention to detail and excellent project and time management skills, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills. Has the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Healthcare sector ideal but not essential.
