Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Content and Public Relations Marketing Manager that can 'work from anywhere' in the U.S. As the Content + Public Relations Marketing Manager at Funnel, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing Funnel’s messaging, content, earned media, thought leadership campaigns, and external communications. Funnel has a proven ability to produce assets our audiences connect with and find value in. This position is designed to ensure that our content remains influential and that our distribution is fail-proof. Deliverables include a variety of content formats including: written articles, LinkedIn and social content, white papers, award and speaking submissions, video scripts, earned media, case studies, podcast episodes, press releases, coordinating various event content, email campaigns on behalf of Funnel, and more. You’ll be responsible for collaborating closely with corporate communications, product marketing, and the rest of the marketing team. This role is critical to Funnel’s strategy, if you’re passionate about ideating, iterating, and executing new strategies and channels, this role is for you. We are looking for a someone who is:

This is a full-time Non-Exempt position, requiring 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $36.06 to $38.46 per hour (equivalent to an annual salary of $75,000 to $80,000).

The Content and Public Relations Marketing Manager essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Roles and responsibilities
- Ideate, draft, and finalize regular content releases (articles, LinkedIn posts, white papers, case studies, podcasts, press releases, and more).
- Develop and execute omni-channel campaigns with a focus on segmented email campaigns, sales outreach enablement, social media/influencer media growth, and podcast to scale effective content distribution to key individuals and stakeholders.
- Submit for speaking engagements at industry events.
- Apply for company, product, and individual merit awards.
- Conceptualize and bring to life thought leadership campaigns with key leadership.
- Put together monthly content calendars and draft all content for LinkedIn, website, and more.
- Draft, interview and finalize white papers and case studies.
- Oversee content production for a series of industry events and experiential projects.
- Work with product marketing and sales to create relevant assets for the sales team.
- Deeply understand value articulation by customer persona.
- Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams — product managers, sales, design, marketing, data, and engineering — to develop content and drive thought leadership campaigns.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to identify opportunities for scaling and improving campaign performance.
- Run with paid search and social media (targeted LinkedIn) advertising to reach target audiences.
- Grow key brand ambassadors’ social media presence both within the Funnel, and our by partnering with our advocates.
- Develop segmented persona-specific campaigns, and stand up a true ABM program. Create “playbooks” for each persona to develop stronger relationships at scale with new accounts and existing clients.
- Travel: 5%
Education, Work Experience, and Certifications
- 3+ years of content/PR marketing experience (in technology, SaaS, a B2B brand, or in driving early-stage products to market)
- Be a resilient self-starter and a creative problem solver who can adjust to change.
- Successful project manager with the ability to work quickly and with agility. Flexibility and a problem-solving mindset are needed.
- Act as a strong collaborator who has worked cross-functionally to bring different content campaigns to market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present thoughts and ideas clearly.
- Proven track record in launching effective thought leadership campaigns (from ideation to execution) that achieved business objectives.
- Can think analytically, strategically, and creatively. We are looking for a dynamic marketer who brings discipline, but also an innovative perspective to the role.
- Must be able to build relationships and effectively communicate across company disciplines.
- Must have B2B experience
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in multifamily
- Agency and in-house experience
- Former reporter or writer
- Demand Gen + growth marketer experience
- Fluency in marketing tools including Hubspot, SFDC, Descript, Riverside, Alitu, Audacity, Canva, Restream, etc
- Experience with videography, video editing, and/or audio production.
- Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver.
- Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
