What You’ll Contribute

  • Responsible for developing and managing sustainable high-growth new customer acquisition strategies across programmatic channels and CTV.

  • Conceptualize, develop, execute, optimize, and manage new consumer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including CTV, OLV, Programmatic Display, Native, DOOH, and Audio.

  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while implementing optimizations that deliver measurable results.

  • Familiarity with Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) to manage and optimize programmatic campaigns efficiently.

  • Experience optimizing programmatic campaigns across DSP, SSP, DMP, and Ad Serving platforms.

  • Solid understanding of real time buying, video advertising platforms and online advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPA)

  • In depth knowledge of the online advertising industry including AdTech solutions; RTB, DSP’s, SSP’s, advertising/publisher ecosystems, data collaboration platforms (Clean Rooms) and privacy.

  • Experience analyzing campaign reporting data from multiple sources, designing optimization recommendations that resulted in increased performance towards campaign’s KPIs.

  • Leverage audiences and different targeting tactics to drive profitable select across subscribers.

  • Oversee all aspects of the programmatic program, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management with DSP/publisher partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify efficiencies and improve channel effectiveness.

  • Continuously monitor and report campaign performance, evaluate budget utilization and adjust spend allocations and ensure effective return on marketing investment.

  • Develop forecasts and identify trends, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities.

  • Foster an environment of constant innovation and experimentation by championing A/B testing, exploring new ad formats, and piloting novel engagement and conversion strategies.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, attribution tracking, and regulatory changes that impact our marketing programs.

What We’re Seeking

  • 6-10+ years business experience within digital marketing with hands on channel experience within Programmatic and CTV.

  • Acquisition and performance marketing experience is a must.

  • Proven track record of delivering rapid and large-scale new customer acquisition growth in direct-to-consumer digital products and services, ideally in consumer financial products or other personal wellness products or digital subscription business.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL to create actionable reports and deliver clear, data-driven insights.

  • Experience with measurement solutions like MMM and MTA.

  • A robust portfolio of highly successful new customer acquisition marketing campaigns demonstrating strategic thinking and tangible business impact.

  • Deep knowledge of, and hands on experience managing of D2C marketing programs including Programmatic, CTV, or paid media promotions.

  • Advanced certification in programmatic advertising (e.g., Google Ads, The Trade Desk, etc.).

  • Proven growth mindset, data driven and highly creative, with track record of delivering strong business outcomes.

  • Results oriented, metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase performance results.

  • Familiar with latest market trends, marketing tools and a strong technical understanding of marketing attribution including mobile app measurement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $88,000 to $138,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
