ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a passionate and hardworking Manager to join our growing Consumer Strategy & Insights team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping us evaluate opportunities to drive innovation in the Member experience, grow our Member base, and maintain our Member-first approach. This role will lead strategic projects from end to end, including but not limited to new product concept testing, opportunity sizing, and unmet need identification. Reporting to a Senior Manager of Consumer Strategy and Insights, you will play a crucial part in driving product development and innovation by providing actionable insights about our consumers and Members.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Lead consumer research initiatives to support marketing strategy and product development, including identifying unmet needs, concept testing, and opportunity sizing
- Work with Product Marketing to inform and test product positioning, messaging, pricing and naming of new products and features
- Plan and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies, from conception to final reporting, employing methods such as focus groups, surveys, and ethnographic research
- Manage Peloton’s Voice of the Member (NPS) program
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing to integrate consumer insights into their processes
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying trends and opportunities relevant to Peloton's product strategy
- Present research findings and recommendations to a wide range of team members in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy consulting, or a related field; experience in health & wellness and/or product insights is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Consistent track record of leading and implementing qualitative and quantitative research projects from start to finish both internally and with external vendors
- Curiosity with a persistent drive to uncover the 'why' behind the data
- Collaborative and team oriented with a genuine passion for consumer behavior
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence team members at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Qualtrics and Looker preferred

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$139,905—$188,871 USD
