Media Manager Ukraine & Moldova position leads the development and implementation of consumer first communication strategies across paid, owned content and platforms in collaboration with local/global MDLZ teams and agency partners:
- Provide strategic thought leadership and deep technical expertise on how media fits within a connected marketing world to ensure that media plans of all brands and categories in Ukraine are strategically aligned, in line with laws of growth planning and localized media guidelines definition & implementation
- Drive understanding and usage of digital platforms within our marketing plans, acting as a recognized COE
- Optimize costs efficiency while accelerating effectiveness (ROI) of media investments.
- Lead agencies to deliver industry-leading services, ensure relationships increases quality of deliverables and brand satisfaction.
How you will contribute
You will
- Lead media management Ukraine;
- Steer and manage media agency partners to best support MDLZ business and deliver "best in class" communication strategies and media planning & implementation;
- Collaborate with AMM, wider media team, brand teams and agency to deliver best practice within media communications;
- Improve media ROI via laws of growth planning and media guidelines implementation;
- Build relationship with agencies - help develop a team which is motivated and effective for our needs;
- Control (Review plans to secure quality and dead-lines);
- Drive understanding and usage of digital platforms within marketing plans;
- Support global media partnership implementation and understanding;
- Organize training and development within media planning and digital marketing (with media partners where appropriate);
- Develop and share best practices within CE and MEU;
- Be the voice of Mondelez within media industry forums.
More about this role
Job specific requirements:
- 7+ years of media planning and strategy experience, within agency or client;
- Experience working with client organizations, agency partners and senior stakeholders;
- Familiarity with best practices in digital media and the programmatic marketplace;
- Good communication / people skills and bias to proactivity;
- Familiarity with data interpretation, media research and judgement of media investment;
- Lead through influence (rather than hierarchy).
