Job Description
The Manager will be part of the Visa Consulting & Analytics team in GCC and NALP which delivers high impact consulting, analytics, and data science projects to our clients across MENA. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing practice to work on consulting projects, develop detailed analyses, derive relevant insights, and shape clients’ strategies
Principal responsibilities include:

Structure and/or lead parts of or a full consulting project
-
Execute different project steps according to an agreed project delivery framework/approach
-
Conduct data analysis using Visa and/or client or external data to understand client challenges, needs, etc. and to derive insights and recommendations based on this data.

Conduct benchmarking and market research as required

Run project work streams on a day-to-day basis, including conducting research and data analysis and synthesizing them to develop insights and recommendations

Work closely with the engagement manager and client representative to deliver the projects

Assume full project management responsibility for the assigned project or parts and be the primary liaison with the client and internal stakeholders for project updates

Provide client implementation support

Interact with client counterparts throughout the different phases of the project delivery

Support Directors / Senior Directors in developing hypotheses, contribute to conclusions and assist other senior team members in presenting back to the client

Help develop and deliver client training programs and impart best practices knowledge sharing to Visa clients

Support knowledge sharing with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients

Support the development of Visa Consulting & Analytics thought leadership material

Carrying out other ad hoc support, support other functions and teams within Visa, and work on internal projects
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Ideally 5 years + of experience in consulting/ financial services/ payments industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. MBA or Post Graduate studies is a plus
- Consulting experience gained within either a strategy house, a Big 4 firm or an in-house strategy function of a financial institution is a plus
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive reporting and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Relationship management skills – should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to collect and utilize business and industry trend information and to analyze this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques
- Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Group facilitation and presentation skills
- Frequent travel required
- Fluent in French and English
