Job Description

Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the payment industry

Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Visa and external partners to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
-
Stay updated on the latest developments and innovations in the payment industry and Visa products and services

Contribution to improvement of methodology, tools, enablement material and topic development on areas of expertise

Developing own expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (or better) in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, payments or financial services, business consulting, targeted marketing and communications or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and at least one other language
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
