• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX.
• Hybrid Work Model - We expect team members to spend 8 days per month working in the office or at the client site, allowing flexibility to choose these days based upon client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
• Travel Expectations: 0-40%

What You’ll Do: 

• Dive into exciting workstreams and help execute complex consulting projects that drive real-world impact. 
• Execute project management activities; including, workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications 
• Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people. 
• Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems. 
• Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights. 
• Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.

What You’ll Bring: 

• Bachelors or Masters Degree to be completed by May 2025 
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

The compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role and compensation will be determined based upon several factors, including, skill level, relevant work experience, educational background, and alignment with industry standards.
