As a Consultant, you'll ensure the incorporation and implementation of inclusive culture strategies with alignment between business drivers and financial implications, value mapping and competitive edge and scenario planning and testing of strategies. You'll collect and present cultural industry data; providing research and analysis of practices with internal culture organizational results, to make recommendations for strategy planning.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Implements the Office of Culture strategy, which includes all programming, sponsorships, events, awards and reputational survey submissions, learning plans, and advising on tools and resources needed to enhance capabilities and behaviors across the company

Leads the design and implementation of programs that support the Office of Culture communication and education initiatives.

Ensure programs are on strategy and on schedule.

Collaborates on creative development and provides feedback on look and feel. Supports the development of creative briefs.

Leads the collection and verification of invoices, ensuring accurate processing for financial forecasting, and manages supplier registration within the payment system.

Builds, manages and improves partnerships internally with Human Resources and business units to provide consultation on strategies that support our corporate culture strategy and business objectives.

Provides research and analyses of optimal practices and benchmarking.

Serves as a subject matter professional on culture matters.

Continuously participates in professional development opportunities to gain further understanding of culture to remain abreast of emerging trends/issues, ideas and standard methodologies.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Associate Vice President, – Human Resources Inclusive Outreach and Partnerships. This is an individual contributor role.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree in human resources, marketing, multicultural studies, business administration or related field.
License/Certification/Designation: Professional certifications like the Certified Professional - Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional – Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
Experience: Typically, eight or more years demonstrated experience in human resources, community relations, project management, strategy, operations or marketing preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: The ability to function in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at the same time. Prefer familiarity with corporate Culture strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for contact with upper management. Proven advanced analytical skills.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.
