As a Consultant in our Global Consular Services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of operational tasks in support of Envoy’s Global teams.
In your capacity as a Global Consular Services Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Process electronic visas for 50+ destinations globally, maintaining required knowledge and researching process changes where required.
- Provide administrative support to Global Consular Services teams including documentation review, application completion and customer communication.
- Support the Global Consular Services team with communicating with TPV’s on active cases
- Respond to assigned tasks/tickets in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, as needed, to resolve visa requests including various government authorities.
- Ensures timing expectations are set and met with clients
- Assists with the efficient and accurate entering of key dates and information into the Envoy Platform and all relevant systems
- Able to learn various systems, process and tasks
- Identifies potential internal and client-related customer service or process issues
- Able to appropriately escalate issues, when necessary, to ensure client satisfaction and/or SLAs are met
