Responsabilités Spécifiques

Initiatives de Bien-être (60%)

  • Gérer et mettre en œuvre des projets de santé et bien-être à l'échelle nationale, en affinant continuellement les plans pour améliorer leur efficacité.
  • Diriger des initiatives d'augmentation de l'engagement organisationnel dans les initiatives de santé grâce à une communication stratégique telle que des bulletins d'information et des campagnes par e-mail.
  • Inspirer et guider les parties prenantes pour soutenir activement et améliorer les programmes de bien-être de McKesson Canada.
  • Évaluer et recommander des améliorations aux programmes et politiques pour renforcer le bien-être des employés.
  • Développer et gérer des métriques pour évaluer le succès des initiatives de bien-être, en utilisant les données pour fixer des objectifs annuels.
  • Collaborer avec des collègues et des prestataires pour créer des outils de communication efficaces en matière de bien-être.
  • Gérer et superviser le dialogue avec les prestataires concernant la performance des programmes, les escalades et l'implication des ressources appropriées lorsque nécessaire.
  • Travailler avec les équipes internes et les Groupes de Ressources d'Entreprise (GRE) pour aligner les objectifs de bien-être.
  • Fournir du coaching aux Partenaires d'Affaires RH sur les offres de santé et de bien-être.
  • Se tenir informé des tendances en matière de bien-être, des meilleures pratiques et des nouvelles offres.

Initiatives de Rémunération (40%)

  • Participer à la Révision Annuelle des Rémunérations en testant des améliorations et en aidant au développement de la communication.
  • Gérer les escalades de cas web liés à la rémunération de niveau 2 et niveau 3.
  • Participer activement à la création de nouvelles familles de postes en menant des entretiens, en recueillant des données de marché et en recommandant des salaires.
  • Contribuer aux activités de rémunération telles que le maintien de l'Équité Salariale, le nivellement des postes, les recommandations salariales et les projets spéciaux.

Exigences Clés

  • Diplôme de bachelier en Administration des Affaires, Ressources Humaines, Promotion de la Santé ou domaine connexe ; ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
  • Plus de 4 ans d'expérience en santé et bien-être, rémunération, administration des avantages sociaux collectifs ou des régimes de retraite.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Entièrement bilingue avec d'excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite.
  • Sens aigu des affaires et orientation client.
  • Flexible et adaptable aux priorités commerciales changeantes.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint, Word et des systèmes RHIS comme Workday.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à soutenir des collègues moins expérimentés.

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. As a Consultant, Wellbeing & Compensation at McKesson Canada, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving workplace culture focused on wellbeing and competitive compensation practices. You will manage initiatives that support employee wellbeing and ensure our compensation strategies are equitable and market aligned.

Specific Responsibilities

Wellbeing Initiatives (60%)

  • Manage and implements health & wellbeing projects nationwide, continuously refining plans to enhance effectiveness.
  • Leading organizational engagement increase initiatives in health initiatives through strategic communication such as newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Inspire and guide stakeholders to actively support and improve McKesson Canada’s wellbeing programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to program and policies to enhance employee wellbeing.
  • Develop and manage metrics to assess the success of wellbeing initiatives, using data to set annual goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to create effective wellbeing communication tools.
  • Manage and oversee dialogue with vendors regarding program performance, escalations and involving appropriate resources when required.
  • Work with internal teams and Enterprise Resource Groups (ERGs) to align wellbeing objectives.
  • Provide coaching to HR Business Partners on health and wellbeing offerings.
  • Stay informed about wellbeing trends, best practices and new offerings.

Compensation Initiatives (40%)

  • Participates to the Annual Compensation Review by testing improvements and assisting in communication development.
  • Handle tier-2 and tier-3 compensation-related web case escalations.
  • Participates actively in creating new job families by conducting interviews, gathering market data, and recommending salaries.
  • Contribute to compensation activities such as Pay Equity maintenance, job leveling, salary recommendations, and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Promotion, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Over 4 years of experience in health and wellbeing, compensation, group benefits or pension administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fully bilingual with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRIS systems like Workday.
  • Ability to work independently and support less experienced colleagues.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$82,400 - $137,400
