YOUR CAPCO DAY

  • Business Process Design & Implementation: Analyse existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and design new business processes. Oversee the execution of process changes, ensuring seamless integration and effectiveness
  • Client Engagement: Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and challenges. Provide expert advice, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver presentations and reports
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and mitigate risks
  • Innovation & Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to drive digital transformation and enhance client competitiveness
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other consultants and practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions. Mentor junior team members and participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions


YOUR CAPCO FIT

  • Experience & Knowledge: 2+ years in banking or consulting, with a strong understanding of banking operations and process design. Proven experience in designing and implementing business processes
  • Skills & Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities. Proficient in project management and business analysis tools, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus
  • Personal Attributes: Strong client-focused approach with a passion for delivering value. High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Cultural Fit: Alignment with Capco’s values and enthusiasm for consultancy work. Willingness to travel, work on-site with clients as required, and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace
  • Requirements: Excellent communication skills in German and English is an absolute must and you need to be eligible to work in Switzerland
