Job Description:

Poshmark is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead user growth and acquisition for Poshmark Consignment, our new and exciting initiative aimed at growing our community by making selling on Poshmark easier and more accessible than ever.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving the growth of Consignment users. You will test and launch new channels and marketing campaigns to grow our user funnel and adoption. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to launch new marketing strategies and campaigns through owned and paid channels, and validate the impact on user growth through A/B testing. You’ll also define and report on key success metrics and progress toward goals.
 

What you'll do:

  • Drive Consignment user growth across new and existing users through paid and owned marketing channels (incl: Meta, Google, TikTok, email, out-of-home, local marketing, and other awareness campaigns) 

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and Product to develop marketing campaigns to convert existing Poshmark users to use Consignment across email, push notifications, and in-app surfaces

  • Own and execute paid campaigns across new and existing channels that drive awareness and user growth for Consignment

  • Test and measure performance of key campaigns, channels, and experiences to ensure measurable ROI and scalable results

  • Partner cross-functionally to forecast and meet ambitious growth targets and inform the Consignment roadmap and business strategy
     

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in experience owning and driving growth through paid marketing channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok

  • Local marketing campaign experience (out-of-home, local TV / radio, partnerships) is a plus

  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability of delivering clear results and optimizations

  • Self-motivated, revenue driven, and passionate about supporting Poshmark as a leader in the fashion industry

  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Salary Range:

$116,000.00 - $165,000.00 Annual
