As an Analyst, in our Connected Commerce Martech Platform team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our martech and digital analytics platforms, maximize our platform capabilities to enable data collection and measurement, and provide technical knowledge and support to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of our martech and digital analytics platforms, such as Segment, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Parsely, Amplitude, Braze, BigQuery/Snowflake and more.
  • Support the delivery of our data collection strategy, gather business requirements, design and write technical solutions, ongoing quality assurance and data governance.
  • Partner closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure all features and campaigns launch with measurement and instrument our customer data platform journeys to support communications.
  • Partner closely with our product, marketing, and data engineering teams to manage our data as an integral part of our ecosystem ensuring efficient and scalable technical solutions are designed and implemented.
  • Maintain close relationships with our vendors to stay up to date on platform evolution, to ensure we follow best practices and to maximize our return on investment.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide training to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively between technical and business stakeholders, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and be the subject matter expert for all things digital analytics and martech.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Knowledge of how martech platforms are managed/implemented on both web and native mobile platforms.
  • 1+ years experience working on martech and digital analytics implementations; 1+ years experience working with at least one digital analytics platform that includes experience designing and writing tracking requirements, debugging, and testing implementations.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets using advanced functions.
  • Excellent project management skills and supreme and proven attention to detail with the ability to manage both your own and stakeholder expectations.
