The Opportunity
This position works at Umraniye location in the Nutrition Division that our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Do
- Coordinating Communication & Organization of Divisional Activities Both Inside & Outside of the Company
- Organizes, coordinates and attends to both local and international events in accordance with Abbott International professional standards
- Following up the organization of the sponsorships of the congresses. Reporting and registering all the information about the sponsorship of the congress to the Ministry of Health within the timeline, following the process to be completed
- Plans and organizes annual congresses and meetings in coordination with sales units and marketing in accordance with the Promotion Regulation and company policy
- Manages the operation process with congress agents and related suppliers
- Creates and tracks up all events in ERP systems (local financial ERP systems, local & global events management system)
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, acts, legal demands, ethical standards, Corporate Business and Safety Procedures and Abbott Code of Business Conduct
- Prepares and makes the contracts with all related parties
- Prepares all related local & global reports
- Compliance With Company Procedures & Ethical Principles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent PC skills , proficient keyboard skills
- Good command of English
Preferred Qualilfications
- At least 2 years experience in Pharma Industry
- Multinational Company experience is a plus
