Responsibilities:

• Manage the Back-End Engineering team for wafer verification testing of high-speed InP compound semiconductor lasers and chip testing processes.
• Able to have extensive knowledge and experience in high-frequency measurement technology, software technology, database technology for statistical management, and automatic control technology, and must be able to manage the team.
• At the same time, must be able to propose concepts for new test methods and test equipment development to improve the productivity efficiency of the production line, and negotiate specifications and prices with vendors.
• Ability to create long-term and short-term capital investment plans in order to secure production capacity is required.

Expected Background:

• Bachelors and 10+ years of work experience, Masters and 8+ years of work experience, or a related equivalent technical field.

Expected Skill:

• High frequency measurement skill
• Software skill (Python, etc.)
• Database skill (SQL, etc.)
• Automatic control skill (sequencer)
• Ability to actively and smoothly communicate with related departments both inside and outside the company.
• Ability to communicate verbally and by email in English, make presentations, and write business review documents in English.
• Experience managing the InP compound semiconductor back-end engineering team is preferred.
