The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Compliance Strategic Project Manager to join our growing PMO team within Compliance Strategy and Operations. Our mission is to drive high-impact global initiatives that enhance efficiency across the Compliance organization. In this role, you will lead strategic projects, collaborating with internal, external, and cross-functional stakeholders across regions. You are someone with, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to navigate complexity. You excel in fast-paced environments, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple projects with precision. Highly organized and adaptable, you bring a "get things done" attitude to lead meaningful impact.
You Will

  • Develop and drive roadmaps and project plans. Frame and scope the problem statement, build requirements, work with cross-functional stakeholders (including leadership), identify dependencies, reduce risks and drive the project progress.
  • Operate with autonomy, proactively identifying obstacles and removing roadblocks to maintain momentum.
  • Be the primary point of contact for key initiatives, distilling complex problems into clear narratives that drive action.
  • Engage, persuade, and align diverse stakeholders to make decisions
  • Prioritize initiatives and balance speed to achieve sustainable impact.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture where accountability, urgency, and execution excellence are prioritized.
  • Excel by applying structured frameworks to drive clarity.
  • Help develop strategic programs and implement programs.
  • Develop program goals and prioritization and translate cross-functional team needs and goals into deliverables.
  • Oversee the vendor selection process to support project goals.
  • Influence across multiple levels and multiple functions of an organization. Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain and communicate detailed reporting (this will require project reporting and assisting with ad-hoc reporting for the leadership team).


You Have

  • 8+ of years experience in project management, program management, consulting, strategy, or related area
  • Expert in creating very clear documentations, recommendations.
  • Excellent partner and project management skills, and the ability to both plan and build projects of varying time horizons and scope.
  • Experience in managing strategic, and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience establishing processes
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, leaders, and team members with data and subject matter expertise.
  • Knowledge of project reporting fundamentals - budget, status, performance indicators


Nice to Have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
  • Process improvement/Six sigma certification
  • SQL expertise
  • Project softwares: Asana, Coda, Jira
  • Compliance/Counsel experience

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

$138,300 - $207,500 USD
