We're looking for a Compliance Project Specialist to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
As a member of the compliance and privacy team, you will provide support and guidance to cross-functional stakeholders as well as perform delegated aspects of the core compliance program to identify and manage risk. You will also:
- Manage Flatiron's coordination and response to client questionnaires
- Support Flatiron's metric collection, data coordination and reporting for sustainability initiatives
- Manage assigned enterprise projects through partnership with key stakeholders within the risk management team, as well as other functional support teams
- Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned

- You have a Bachelor's degree
- You have 1-2 years experience in project support
- You are able to manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- You have superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are flexible and able to prioritize and adapt in ambiguous situations
- You are passionate about healthcare and the fight against cancer
- You are eager to apply your skills to enhance compliance in innovative ways
Extra credit
- You have experience working in a healthcare environment
- You have experience working within a compliance team
- You have project management credentials
Where you'll work

Preferred Primary Location: Durham hub
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
