What We Need  

The Compliance Project Manager is responsible for providing administrative and program support for the Mental Health Parity compliance program and other compliance projects as necessary, including tracking and reporting of program status, issue/risk management, successful completion of deliverables, and interfacing with other business leads and subject matter experts across the Company to support overall project efforts. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual with the ability to drive results, urgency, and accountability. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication, problem solving, and the balancing of multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is eligible for the flex persona. Local candidates are expected to come in to the office 2x/week (Boston or Hingham).

Your Day to Day:

  • In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, develop and implement policy initiatives that ensure mental health parity compliance
  • Lead initiatives to promote and protect mental health parity
  • Work with stakeholders to develop strategies to promote mental health parity
  • Conduct research and analyze data related to mental health parity
  • Liaise with external partners and organizations to promote mental health parity
  • Lead projects and activities designed to improve Mental Health Parity compliance and other compliance focus areas as available
  • Apply standard project management methodology / processes / tools
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of program, including correspondence with internal/ external stakeholders and project artifact maintenance and distribution
  • Document and follow up on identified project risks, action items and issues, and updating tracking documents accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with members of the project team to assist in establishing and meeting deadlines and project outcomes, developing and maintaining work plans, and consolidating data and feedback
  • Capture updates and create project and departmental process artifacts in Word, Excel and PowerPoint for stakeholder and steering committee updates
  • Schedule, coordinate, and plan for regularly recurring meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through demonstration of best practice facilitation, team, and meeting management skills
  • Expected to become fluent in the operational workflows of Mental Health Parity compliance
  • Track, document, & report status of compliance activities
  • Solicit input from internal customers/stakeholders, including both clinical leaders and supporting associates from external departments
  • Ensure completion of on-time, high quality deliverables to achieve targeted project outcomes / milestones
  • Identify and apply lessons learned to support continuous improvement efforts

We’re Looking For:

  • Understanding of Mental Health Party laws and regulations
  • Ability to develop and implement policy initiatives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to facilitate large meetings and deliver project presentations to large and small audiences, including senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage numerous, competing and concurrent priorities
  • Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
  • Willingness to take on all types of projects, big and small
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of team
  • Effective communications in writing and speech; high degree of initiative; team player; results oriented; willingness to get the job done

What You Bring:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience with Mental Health Parity
  • 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience
  • 4+ years’ experience as a demonstrated Project or Program Manager with oversight for large-scale or multiple projects

Salary Range: $100,821.00 - $129,030.00


The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
