Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the corporate clients’ onboarding team
- Responsible for the team’s mailbox
- Handle of client’s account modification requests (e.g. change of authorized signatories, controlling persons, directors, address etc.)
- Preparation and filing of clients’ files
- Perform online due diligence (e.g. screening tools, Google searches)
- Support and advice to other teams
- Contribution to drafting of internal memos and procedures
- Possibility to handle corporate account opening applications from AML, crossborder and tax compliance perspectives
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of banking documentation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry in a similar role
- Experience in Central Data is a plus
- Bachelor or Master in Laws or in Economics
- Eager to learn and ready to take on challenges
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Analytical and methodological approach
- Excellent communication, organisation and collaboration skills
- Excellent command of English and French
- Strong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment
