This position will allow you to work in a dynamic environment where you will be handling inquiries related to the compensation of the sales force while providing outstanding customer service.
Primary responsibilities:

Analyzing and processing inquiries and modifications regarding the compensation of the sales force;

Providing customer service via email and phone;

Upon request from the sales force, analyzing transactions and providing necessary explanations referring to the commission schedule;

Explaining compensation rules and various bonuses to the sales force;

Using multiple computer systems to make changes to records and ensure follow-up;

Reporting abnormal situations and contributing to finding solutions in a LEAN environment;
Requirements:

College or university degree in administration, financial services, or related fields

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Bilingual
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Knowledge of products and financial services offered by iA Financial Group
