Job Description

Job Summary:

Rockwell Automation is looking for an accomplished and experienced Compensation Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As a Compensation Specialist for the LATAM region, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to attract and retain, employees across multiple countries within the LATAM region.

You will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure and equitable compensation practices aligned with our strategic goals. If you understand compensation principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience delivering effective compensation solutions, we would love to hear from you.

You will report to the MGR, Regional Compensation – LA.

Location: Bogota, Santiago or Mexico City (Hybrid Schedule).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies, policies, and programs for the LATAM region to support Rockwell Automation's business objectives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation levels across multiple roles and countries within the LATAM region.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including conducting salary benchmarking, analyzing market data, and providing recommendations to ensure fair and compensation decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on compensation-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary offers, promotions, and bonus programs.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on incentive compensation plans, including sales commissions and bonus structures, to improve performance and achievement of business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation practices in the LATAM region.
  • Partner with Finance and HRIS teams to ensure accurate and efficient compensation data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Help deliver compensation training and communication programs to HR and management teams.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for improvements to current practices.
  • Participate in leading global submissions for survey's and create metrics for global compensation programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree (Optional)
  • 5 years of experience in compensation with a focus on the LATAM region.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing compensation programs for a multinational organization across multiple countries in LATAM.
  • In-depth understanding of local labor laws and regulations related to compensation in LATAM countries.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Proficient in using compensation software and tools.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
