Job Description
As a Senior Technical Specialist of the Global Compensation Data Analytics Team, you will leverage your deep understanding of the space to translate complex global data from various sources to enable strategic recommendations for the business.
You will thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment, leveraging your scrappy mindset and strong critical thinking skills to function as a strategic executor. You will work both independently to tackle emerging issues and develop innovative and forward-thinking scenario-based models for decision making that assimilate large volumes of data into an understandable and compelling business story. You will also always ensure that the recommendations and practices you offer are aligned to our company goals and remain internally and externally competitive.
To be successful, you must be an entrepreneurial, thoughtful, curious, and a highly adaptable team player that independently fosters critical thinking and change enablement, proactively new business critical requests as they come through in a dynamic business environment.
Your typical day might involve:

Interpreting compensation data in a fashion that supports the development of competitive structures and maintains internal parity across extant roles

Utilizing data tools to provide insights and recommendations on external trends and best practices, aligned with industry standards

Independently developing the methodology for, as well as building/maintaining clear compensation models and other tools that support the company’s decision-making processes

Supporting/leading the global modeling for the annual compensation planning process

Interpreting compensation activity to provide analytics on an ad-hoc basis

Collaborating with HR, management, and other stakeholders to design and implement global programs and policies

May provide input in the completion of compensation and interpretation of survey results, and providing guidance towards benchmarking process.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation from a global standpoint
Required Education, Experience and Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of five years of direct experience handling and interpreting compensation data and a minimum of three years working directly with global data
-
Strong technical proficiencies in compensation related tools and software.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

In-depth knowledge of global compensation principles, practices, and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with vendors that support our processes.
Preferred Experience and Skills
-
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
-
Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management software.

Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques

Global AND regional compensation experience
