Job Description
As a Compensation Analyst, you will be a key member of the Compensation team reporting to the Director, Compensation. In this role, you will help to advance our compensation philosophy by being a critical advisor and support to our business leaders. You will work with cross-functional partners to drive pay decisions that are externally competitive, internally equitable, and legally compliant. You will also participate in the development and execution of compensation processes and initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide ongoing compensation support on off-cycle pay increases, promotional adjustments, and other pay-related changes including ad hoc requests
- Working closely with business unit and corporate leaders to benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders in human resources and other departments to ensure effective collaboration
- Maintain internal HR Case Management ticket system and Compensation Inbox providing initial support and market pricing in a consultative and timely manner
- Review and submit Job Matches to surveys as needed. Collect data for yearly submission to multiple salary surveys and yearly merit budget surveys
- Support administration of short and long-term incentive programs including record keeping, reporting and communication
- Partner with colleagues in the job evaluation process and oversee review of job descriptions and internal leveling
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation plans to ensure competitiveness in the market and alignment with industry best practices
- Create materials, develop training, and conduct meetings to effectively communicate compensation programs and practices
- Manage compensation projects from design to execution, including modeling, project planning, communication, and training. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Serve as a liaison with outside vendors in the management of survey data, consulting projects, and compensation programs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources or a related field required
- 3+ years of experience as a compensation analyst; responsible for analyzing pay equity, conducting salary analysis and salary surveys, and making compensation recommendations
- Familiarity with DayForce or other human capital management software
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Knowledge of human resource regulations and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cultivate strong partnerships with leaders and colleagues
- Proactive and responsive, with a service-oriented mindset

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
