The Community Strategist and Client Success Lead will lead teams to ensure the success of client engagements, develop executive relationships, identify client health trends, and prepare presentations. Responsible for leading teams accountable for the success of new and existing client engagements. Implement growth strategies through proactive efforts with relationship owners of existing or prospective clients and Business Unit leaders

Responsibilities 

  • Engage with specific clients to develop and grow our partnership through executive relationship development, strategic planning, and demonstrating industry leadership.  

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy topics in client facing settings, such as client webinars, conference presentations or user group sessions.  

  • Communicate confidently Netsmart's overall guiding principles and strategic imperatives, solution offerings, technology, and consulting services and how they relate to provide total client value.  

  • Cultivate relationships that include C-Level client leaders to ensure the health and growth of client relationships.  

  • Proactively identify trends that impact client health, develop strategies to address, and communicate back to internal and external stakeholders  

  • Support, coach and train the team through escalated client issues and as appropriate intervene to drive positive outcomes for Netsmart and clients. Identify opportunities for proactive outreach and communication to address for all clients. 

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for executives, and internal or external stakeholders. 

  • Cultivate and disseminate industry, solution, and best practice knowledge and drive consistency of knowledge across the team. 

  • Attend trade shows and conferences  

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience 

  • At least 3 years’ PT, OT and/or Speech Therapy work experience  

  • At least 3 years’ experience with EMR-based technology services and solutions  

  • Sales or account management experience with health care and/or technology services and solutions 

  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.  

  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship building skills.  

  • Capable of developing and delivering content/presentations to drive thought leadership, solution value, or other relevant content  

  • Proactive in nature, opting to take charge rather than waiting for prompting  

  • Capable of managing multiple projects, across multiple clients at once  

  • Previous experience with management, leadership, or people development 

Preferred 

  • Salesforce CRM experience  

  • Experience in making regulatory requirements consumable for clients and associates  

Expectations 

  • Up to 60% travel 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
