Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and local partners.
- Represent the organization at events, ensuring positive and professional interactions with attendees.
- Communicate the organization’s mission by promoting awareness of our goals, programs, and initiatives.
- Respond to community inquiries and provide detailed information on initiatives and upcoming programs.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to continuously improve outreach strategies.
- Support marketing efforts for community-based events and campaigns, increasing visibility and participation.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partnerships, and community engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community engagement strategies align with overall organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them. Now that our team has developed a reputation for representing our 501(C)3 clients with integrity and enthusiasm, our goal is to continue expanding our client’s reach.
