About the role
As the Community Project Manager in IT Communication & Employee Experience team you will play a crucial role in managing internal communication and community building projects with the focus on internal growth, career journeys and HR related themes. Through the execution of various communication initiatives and the support of the team, you will work to ensure that all tech colleagues are connected and actively involved in If`s tech community (in Baltics and Nordics).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and internal stakeholders to drive effective communication initiatives. This role offers and exciting opportunity to contribute to the dynamics of technology and communication.
What are you going to do?
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication and community building projects for If IT units with the focus on internal growth, career journeys and HR related themes
- Manage relationships with universities from the communication perspective, arrange If`s external presence at career events in close collaboration with HR colleagues
- Work on projects to showcase If as Tech employer while keeping the focus on IT community`s internal culture and values
- With support from the team, organize events connected to job shadowing, internal mobility, etc.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels
- Be an active member of IT Communication & Employee Experience team; close collaboration with colleagues and Head of Tech Communication & Employee Experience will be a part of your daily routines. Team is located in Riga
What do we expect from you?
Must have:
- Previous work experience in the field of communication or PR project management (at least 5 years) and have a higher education
- You are excellent in communication, project management, self-expression, and trends in internal communication and not a secret for you
- Fluency in Latvian and English, both in speech and in writing (vocabulary and grammar) to work closely with Nordic countries
Nice to have:
- Preferably you have worked in an international company with experience within IT related communication projects
- Experience in event management
