We are currently looking for a Community Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

· Responsible for the global English community planning and operational execution for the self-developed FPS product FragPunk under Thunderfire Studio. Develop social media operation strategies for the game in relevant western markets based on the marketing strategy, including but not limited to strategy analysis, event creativity, scheduling, copywriting, material

production, and public opinion management.

· Understand the operation modes of overseas communities and player preferences and customize content plans tailored to the characteristics of each community platform. Ensure the growth, engagement, retention, and stability of the community, including but not limited to platforms like X, FB, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, etc.

· Stay informed about trending topics in the FPS community and local user interests, identify high-quality content and core users, continuously enhance community activity and player engagement, and establish a UGC ecosystem.

· Continuously optimize and improve community operation strategies based on promotional effectiveness and player feedback, further providing optimization suggestions for in-game improvements and fostering a positive relationship between players and game operations.

· Participate in the full chain of marketing promotion work, including but not limited to promotion and material creativity, and follow up on local third-party promotional resource collaborations (both online and offline).

Job Requirements

· Proficient in English (understanding local culture, and those with study abroad experience preferred).

· Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of work experience in the gaming industry; experience in international markets and PC products preferred.

· Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility, possessing good execution, communication, and coordination skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
