About the Role  

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Manager Intern. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand's image and online presence. They will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, responding to direct messages and comments, uploading content, and tracking activity submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Queries: Act as the first point of contact for any queries or feedback received via direct messages or comments on our social media platforms. Ensure all responses are in line with the brand's tone and voice.
  • Content Upload: Responsible for uploading content on various social media platforms either manually or using Sprinklr tools. Ensure all content is uploaded precisely with the right and approved visuals and captions.
  • Tracking Activity Submissions: Monitor and track all activity submissions from users across all platforms. Maintain detailed records of these activities for future reference and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • University student in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or any major would be considered as well.
  • ⁠⁠Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective functionalities.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community management and digital marketing for 3 to 6 months. If you are passionate about social media and eager to learn more about brand representation, we would love to hear from you.
