Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a talented and experienced Centercode Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems and Experience IT organization. This role will be crucial in managing and maintaining the Centercode platform and its integrations, providing essential support to Autodesk's product teams, onboarding new users, and responding to end-user issues. The successful candidate will be able to navigate ambiguous or undefined problems, articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences, and show a willingness to learn from others while sharing their own knowledge and skills.
This role requires working in UK working hours and is based in Bengaluru location in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities

Support, manage, and maintain the Centercode platform and its integrations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime

Provide guidance to product teams, manage stakeholder and customer relationships, and support end-users with account/login/access issues

Stay updated on changes in Centercode and Autodesk SSO/OAuth/Identity/Profile, and track success metrics such as system uptime and overall platform usage

Update non-disclosure agreements and ensure compliance with GDPR, Privacy, Security, and Integration audits.Document best practices and training materials for the Centercode platform
Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in managing and maintaining a technology platform, preferably Centercode
-
Track record in effective stakeholder and customer management
-
Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Development of complex systems, with a focus on testing procedures and tools

Practical experience in community management, PLM implementation, and technical program management

Understanding of OAuth protocols, particularly for Single Sign-On (SSO) applications

Experience in creating structured surveys and performing data reporting/analytics
-
Prior involvement in ensuring compliance with GDPR, Privacy, Security, and Integration audits
-
Experience working with AWS services is a plus
-
Experience working in Jira and Confluence applications is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
-
At least 2-4 years’ experience working in Quality Assurance or Development of complex systems

Experience in community management, PLM implementation, and technical program management
-
Solid understanding of QA testing procedures and tools

Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred in Computer Science /Information Systems/Engineering/related field

Understanding of OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO)

Experience in creating structured surveys and executing data reporting/analytics

Knowledge of AWS services

Familiarity with how User Research and Experience Design teams collect feedback
