The Role 
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Communications writer and project manager who will work closely with our Marketing and Communications team and senior leadership to help develop and execute Capco’s internal and external executive communications strategy. This will include employee communications, executive events and roadshows, analyst and investor events, press and external appearances.  This role requires a hands-on approach in crafting executive level communications of the highest quality, as well as communications event and roadshow management. 

This is a high-impact role with the potential to make your mark on the next chapter of our story, and to implement and oversee the delivery of executive messages to Capco’s 7,000+ employee base.  You need to be comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced, high-pressure environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to help produce executive level communications, including written employee and client communications, videos, and internal events and external events, quickly and efficiently.  In addition, you will need to be adept at project management and multitasking, and have an uncompromising commitment to quality, superb writing, editorial and event management skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help execute an executive internal and external communication strategy that supports the business’ strategy mission, vision, and values.
  • Help drive the delivery of executive communications and materials, everything from internal communications to video scripts, executive speeches, presentations, talking points, and event and roadshow support in creative ways, reflecting Capco’s brand and the personality and values of our CEO.
  • Establish and track metrics to measure success of both internal and external communications.

 The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including experience writing for senior leadership/C-suite executives
  • A minimum of 7 years demonstrable experience in communications writing
  • Ability to formulate clear and concise executive and strategic messages to internal and external audiences from complex topics
  • Strong project management and event management skills
  • Proven experience with communications best practice and delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of a wide variety of digital and other communication channels
  • Extremely organized with unfailing attention to detail and comfortable multi-tasking
  • Professional and executive presence conducive to working with senior leadership
  • Experience working with and maintaining confidential and sensitive information
  • Exposure or knowledge of the financial services or consulting industries is preferred
