Job Responsibilities:

  • Member of the MPT Marketing & Communications team, largely focused on corporate communications, employee communications and internal events.
  • Support the execution of the communications strategy, including maintaining internal communication channels.
  • Collect, support and create content, focusing on corporate and employee topics and inclusive of interviewing subject matter experts.
  • Support proofreading and translation process for content, including coordinating agency support and internal reviews as required.
  • Support internal communication events, including webcasts, conferences and workshops.
  • Build relationships across divisions and functions to foster open communication.
  • Provide support on communication campaigns as needed.
  • Coordinate projects and project teams and report on metrics in cooperation with the team.
  • Other duties as required.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in internal or corporate communications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to write concise, captivating messaging for various audiences.
  • Ability to support global projects and work harmoniously in a multi-cultural environment
  • Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, collaborative, proactive and flexible.
  • Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Great work ethic with strong motivation and aptitude towards the highest level of quality.
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office programs and SharePoint is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel regionally or globally, as required (up to 10%).
