What will your day look like?
As a Communications Strategist Intern, you will be part of the Experience Design & Communications Team, working on projects for global clients, gaining a thorough insight into their businesses.
You will learn to define customer journeys, trigger programs and experiences in all shapes and sizes with tasks that include:
- Identifying gaps and opportunities throughout the customer journey and define how to fill/leverage them.
- Defining cross-channel campaign architectures for both automated and calendar driven campaigns.
- Planning of relevant content for always-on marketing.
- Leveraging personalization technology to deliver relevant experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Working closely with senior strategists, creatives and UX designers to make your strategies come to life.
- Working closely with our Data Scientists to define triggers and experimentation frameworks.
- Providing ongoing optimization recommendations by leveraging consumer insights.
Who are you going to work with?
You will join a tight-knit team where Strategists work side-by-side with creatives, UX Designers, Project Managers, Data Scientists and Developers. You will get plenty of opportunity to hone your expertise and experience while further developing your professional skillset. What do you bring to the table?
The ideal candidate will be interested in CRM, loyalty, marketing automation, and omni-channel strategy.
In addition, you will be:
- Pursuing a bachelors degree in Communications/Advertising, data analytics, sociology or equivalent program.
- Have knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or HubSpot (or similar).
- Have excellent writing and communication skills.
This role is open to students with legal authorization to work in Texas, US and who are currently pursuing their studies

Salary: 20$/hourly
