- Digital Communication
- Support with digital media (website and social media) to identify suitable content opportunities to deliver corporate messages in an engaging and impactful manner.
- Support with data analysis and PowerPoint skills.
- Integrated Content Development
- Manage the internal news network and identify communication opportunities proactively.
- Design, develop and deploy quality content assets across external channels such as LinkedIn.
- Sustainability + DE&I Communication + ERG + HR Policy Communication Support
- Provide content support for sustainability, DE&I, CSR and ERG communication (content, stories, features and campaigns)
- Sets up and monitors unit related Communications programs and ensures quality standards for Communications operations and processes.
- Ensures consistency with overall global Communications strategy and respective local regulations.
- Collaborate with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients) in contractual matters, related to Communications services, within given authority levels.
- Maintains excellent partnerships with media, agencies and relevant internal Siemens group companies’ Communications teams
- Thought Leadership
- Support to drive thought leadership for the company through LinkedIn posts, blogs and case studies as well as participation in relevant external forums.
- Identifying topics and developing thought leadership content on key focus areas for leadership team members.
- Support for employees events at Varian India
- Guides implementation and administration of Communications policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
- Be a trusted partner to internal business/functions on their respective communications strategy
- Ensure adherence to Siemens Healthineers Brand guidelines
- Responsible for driving digital and social media strategy
- Crisis management
- Ensure quality employee and leadership communication
- Education/Experience/Skillset
- Around 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications function; preferably in a technology organization
- Preferably a degree in Marketing Management or Mass Communication
- Led a dedicated team of communications professionals
- Partnered business/functions heads on strategic communications approaches
- Know how of innovative and new age communications methods/tools etc
