We have an exciting contract opportunity within the central Business Development (BD) team and External Manufacturing team, working on Biscuits where y will be responsible for the maintenance of current and delivery of future products at the external manufacturer Kinrise and will be the point of contact for any escalations.
This includes internal and external relationship & stakeholder management, project management & governance, budget & costing management, & technical support for trials and commissioning.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Own the relationship with Kinrise including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery
  • Lead change agenda for growth & change projects executed at the site
  • Project management and execution of change projects to cost/time/scope
  • You will ensure that the manufacturing implications of change projects are fully understood (cost, complexity, capacity and capability) and communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Development of costings (COGS) for NPD's to support decision making for commercial decisions.
  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
  • Support External Manufacturer Development to ensure compliance with MDLZ quality standards

  • Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills - enjoys problem solving

Education / Certifications:

  • 5+ years of business experience preferred
  • Preferably in food manufacturing or a fast paced working environment


Travel requirements:

  • Face to face in Dorcas street regularly, to drive commercial relationships
  • Travel to Ringwood for team connection
  • Travel to Kinrise, in Brisbane, to support trials and ad hoc requirements
