The Commercial and Sales Operation Analysts will support the Business Line VPs and Regional Directors to increase the amount of time sales spends on growth, reducing administrative activities. The successful candidate will conduct analysis, reporting, project management, and administration specific to each business's strategy and initiatives for the year.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide business-specific support to GPOs and customers to resolve issues and drive process improvements/implementation with business-specific nuances
  • Support Ad hoc initiatives consistent with business strategies and key initiatives at the time
  • Provides sample and product information to customers and sales representatives
  • Provide assistance to sales and marketing and follow-up on inquiries collected at trade shows and other such events
  • Coordinates customer contracts, tracks and ensures follow-up as the need arises
  • Facilitates the qualification of leads for field sales customer follow-up
  • Liaises with internal colleagues to support and address inquiries from field sales or customers on existing and/or potential orders
  • Liaises with Sales and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to implement updates/improvements to systems.
  • Ad-hoc reporting to Regional Business Head and Sales Managers
  • Backup support for Pricing Specialists and Sales when needed
  • Implements and monitors consignment arrangements
  • Support on SFDC set-up, maintenance and reporting
  • IBP forecasting as agreed with sales
  • Local system Super User with business-specific training and onboarding: SFDC/IBP/SAP/BW

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or in finance, sales and account management
  • Min. 5+ years of B2B Sales, Marketing, CRM Coordinator or Commercial Excellence Experience preferably with a global company
  • Experience with CRMS and other analytical tools and sales platforms. Strong preference for Salesforce.com and Power BI
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to lead/drive projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and time management
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
