Job Description Summary

Want to make a difference in an area of strategic importance and growth? – now is your chance!

Mass Affluent is an attractive and currently under-served customer segment within the Group. We see a clear gap in the market for a digital first, coordinated offering, combining a full set of banking, lending, insurance, and investment products. Additionally, we believe there is significant opportunity within our existing UK Private Banking business, which supports key customer segment.

Customers need us to be able to support them at all stages of their lives by joining up the services we provide across banking, lending, insurance and investments. Our Group is uniquely placed to do this.

The Mass Affluent team is adopting a dynamic way of working – we’re keen to channel our Group ‘Be Bold’ value and work in new ways to deliver at pace cross-Group. This role will work across the Group to deliver our commercial commitments and drive improvements for Mass Affluent & Private Banking customers. This is a great opportunity to be part of a forward-looking area working collaboratively across multiple areas, including with Product areas, finance, our Chief Customer Office, and with other areas of Mass Affluent and Private Banking such as Platform and Propositions..

We have an exciting opportunity available as Senior Manager within our Mass Affluent Commercial Performance team.
